Mandatory student check-in starts at 10:30 AM in lobby outside of ballroom with event starting at 11:00 AM. Event will conclude prior to 1:00 PM with desserts and drinks served in lobby with time for celebratory photos!

Academic apparel (cap and gown) is encouraged otherwise dress code is semi- to formal attire.
Ticket Information:
Students must RSVP via a form that will be emailed from Environmental Studies Advising in early April. Tickets will be required for all guests and will be limited based on RSVP response. Event will also be livestreamed for watch parties and friends and families celebrating from a distance!
Parking Information
If you wish to park on campus for this event, a UW Special Event Parking Permit will be required. Students should purchase these permits for themselves and their guests through the Commencement Registration/Order Form, Mid May to May 24, 2026. Day of parking may be available for additional cost, but lot selection and availability are not guaranteed.
