The information collected on this form will be hosted on the Commencement website and read by graduates, parents, family members, and other guests.
While registering for commencement, ordering their cap & gown, parking permits and other graduation items, students will be able to see your event information to help them make informed decisions about their graduation needs.
The information you submit will also be utilized by UW Transportation Services and UWPD for campus-wide planning.
After you save your event form you will receive a confirmation email and your page will appear on our website within 48 hours.
