Date and Time
Convocation is the UW School of Nursing’s signature graduation celebration. This ceremony honors graduating students across Nursing programs and includes recognition of academic achievement, leadership, and awards.
Faculty, staff, families, and friends come together to celebrate the accomplishments of our graduates in a joyful, community-centered event.
This event will be live-streamed for those who are unable to attend in person.

Guests: Business casual to semi-formal attire

Please note that the RSVP form will open early-mid May.
Guests do not need to register/RSVP, and no tickets will be required to attend. The link to the livestream will be available closer to the date of the event at the website linked above.
Parking Information
If you wish to park on campus for this event, a UW Special Event Parking Permit will be required. Students should purchase these permits for themselves and their guests through the Commencement Registration/Order Form, Mid May to May 24, 2026. Day of parking may be available for additional cost, but lot selection and availability are not guaranteed.
