The School of Drama will celebrate its graduates at a ceremony in the Jones Playhouse on June 11, 2026 at 5PM. The event will feature speakers, a bestowal of certificates and a reception in the Jones Playhouse lobby.

Cap & Gown Required? / Dress Code
Optional
Business Casual. Cap and gown encouraged, but not required.
Ticket Information:
Tickets will not be issued, but students are required to complete the departmental RSVP form and indicate how many guests will attend. More details can be found on the form. A link to the form will be sent to graduating seniors in April.
Parking Information
If you wish to park on campus for this event, a UW Special Event Parking Permit will be required. Students should purchase these permits for themselves and their guests through the Commencement Registration/Order Form, Mid May to May 24, 2026. Day of parking may be available for additional cost, but lot selection and availability are not guaranteed.
