The Foster School of Business Celebration for Full-time & Evening MBA students is scheduled for 7:00 PM on Saturday, June 14th, 2025, in Meany Hall. You can learn more here.

Cap & Gown Required? / Dress Code
Yes
You will be required to wear academic attire (MBA gown, Master’s hood in UW colors with royal blue for Foster, cap, and a black tassel) during the celebration. You can purchase your attire via the University website.
Ticket Information:
Students will reserve tickets for their guests and those tickets will be distributed to the student directly.
Parking Information
If you wish to park on campus for this event, a UW Special Event Parking Permit will be required. Students should purchase these permits for themselves and their guests through the Commencement Registration/Order Form, Mid May to May 24, 2026. Day of parking may be available for additional cost, but lot selection and availability are not guaranteed.
