Congratulations graduating students from the UW School of Art + Art History + Design!

If you are graduating in Autumn 2024 or Winter, Spring, or Summer of 2025, we want to honor your accomplishments. Please join us at the School’s annual Graduation Celebration in Meany Hall on Saturday, June 14, 2025. Graduating students will receive a formal invitation by email in April 2025.

Ticket Information:

Tickets are required for both undergraduates and graduates. Graduating students must register online for tickets. Graduating students may request up to five tickets for guests; one ticket will be automatically issued to the student. Registration will open in April. Ticket registration is open until end-of-day Monday, May 26th.

Students can pick up your guaranteed tickets from the Art Advising Office, 104 ART, during the last week of classes: beginning Tuesday, May 27th through Thursday, May 29th. The office is normally open 9am-3pm Monday - Thursday (closed for lunch from 12-1pm).

Note that the office will be closed Monday May 26th for the Memorial Day holiday. If extra tickets are available, students will be notified June 2nd through June 6th, we will notify you by email beginning Monday, June 2nd through Friday June 6th.

Parking Information

If you wish to park on campus, parking permits will be required for this event. Students should purchase these permits for themselves and their guests through the Commencement Registration/Order Form, May 7 to May 25, 2025. Day of parking may be available for additional cost, but lot selection and availability are not guaranteed.
